This role provides accurate and timely service to our external customers, and supports our internal account executives. They are the glue that holds our standard processes together, and are an essential part of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities and Duties: Communicates with customers regarding order status, scheduling, delivery and installation. Assists account executives and designers with pricing, product research and technical order information. Coordinates the sales order process by interfacing with manufacturers on order status, lead times, and discrepancies. Coordinates the work order process by providing detailed and accurate delivery and installation information to the operations team. Maintains master sales order and work order files. Manages project close-out, and ensures timely completion of punch-list items. Invoices the customer in a timely manner.
