Description
Oversee and manage a variety of key strategic projects in the areas of compliance, site transformation, integration and acquisition and team planning Scope projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing the current state, working with collaborators to articulate a clear future vision, the business value to be delivered, and a strategic plan to accomplish it Document root causes of issues, identify gaps, analyze trends, research industry standard processes and make recommendations to improve employee experience and operational efficiencies Develop and coordinate preparation of tangible deliverables such as internal process documentation, user guides, governance/stakeholder materials, communications and process maps Support the team through purchasing and supplies management for the team Lead our communications plan and own our content and cadence on operations activities Exceptional organizational and project management skills, as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines, achieve milestones, and deliver high quality results Ability to work independently, be self-guided and tolerate ambiguity Strong business acumen with the ability to find the simplest, best path to solutions Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight Ability to foster strong relationships, drive change, and facilitate problem solving discussions Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to drive change and reach agreement among diverse groups.
