Project Coordinator Reports to: Operations Manager Classification: Non-Exempt ___________________________________________________________________________ Position Overview: The Project Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for customers, builders, vendors, and internal teams by providing exceptional service throughout the sales and order fulfillment process. This role is responsible for assisting customers with product selection, pricing, quotations, order entry, delivery coordination, issue resolution, and post-sale follow-up. The position ensures the accurate processing of orders and sales documentation while maintaining strong relationships with customers and supporting company sales objectives. Our family of companies bring the Family Advantage, and we conduct our affairs with integrity while demonstrating respect for our clients, employees, the environment, and the communities in which we do business. __________________________________________________________________________ Job Duties: Sales Assistant / Account Support Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, quotations, order status, deliveries, installations, and account concerns. * Assist customers with product selection and provide timely, accurate quotes and pricing information. * Contact customers to confirm order details, specifications, scheduling requirements, and project information. * Enter and maintain customer orders, pricing, and related data within company systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Create and process sales tickets, builder documentation, and support order records. * Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules with customers and internal departments. * Research and resolve customer issues, including credits, returns, billing discrepancies, and payment concerns. * Provide proactive follow-up on orders, quotes, deliveries, and customer requests to ensure a positive customer experience. * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation while adhering to company policies and procedures. * Collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams to support customer satisfaction and business objectives. * Perform duties that may be assigned by the Operations Manger. ___________________________________________________________________________ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of customer service, sales support, order processing, or administrative experience. Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. EDUCATIONL: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
