    Overview: We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and coordinating ICT delivery projects within our organization. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring compliance with all project management principles and practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT delivery projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, establishing agendas, and taking minutes/actions from project meetings.
  • Maintain comprehensive issue and risk logs to ensure project transparency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in manual data migration processes with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide support for training administration activities, including scheduling and monitoring attendance.
  • Utilize MS Office products, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel, to facilitate communication and documentation.
  • Employ MS Project or other reporting tools (e.g., Zeno) for project tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to project financial management, including budget tracking and reporting on project expenditures versus forecasts.
  • Prepare various project reports, including status updates and contributions to steering committee packs.
