Job Title: Project Coordinator We are hiring for an Established Lighting Company a Project Coordinator. Department: Sales Work Location: 21 Kallang Avenue Responsibilities: - Assist manager in managing schedules and distributing sales documentation. - Attend to sales queries, prepare and follow up on sales quotations, product deliveries, and installation works. - Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure deadlines are met. - Liaise with internal department stakeholders and external parties such as architects, designers, lighting consultants, contractors, and clients. - Attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion. - Prepare lighting proposals. - Draft lighting plans. - Participate in lighting design. - Conduct site visits and site surveys. - Perform any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned. - Undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by the company. Requirements: - Diploma or equivalent qualification. - At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related capacity. - Proficient in both spoken and written English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Familiarity with ERP systems or other equivalent software platforms. - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop software. - Good team player with a willingness to learn and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. - Capable of adapting well in fast-paced environments and demonstrating strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets. - Willingness to cover for colleagues in the department during leave or sick leave. * Company willing to sponsor work permit.
