The Project Coordinator manages customer onboarding projects and ensures timely revenue recognition while maintaining high delivery standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while following established project management methodologies.This position requires working onsite in one of our offices in Baton Rouge, LA, New Orleans, LA, or Birmingham, AL.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead customer onboarding project execution
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor project budgets and resources
  • Ensure quality standards are met

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as primary customer contact during projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams on project activities
  • Manage customer expectations and communication
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Report project status to leadership

Revenue Management:

  • Track project-related revenue recognition
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses
  • Ensure timely billing and collections
  • Maintain project financial documentation
  • Report on project financial metrics

Process Compliance:

  • Follow PMO-defined methodologies
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Track and manage project risks
  • Escalate issues appropriately
  • Ensure quality standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years project coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Experience with project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2)
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of IT service management
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise
