Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across cross-functional teams. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a career in project management while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Project Coordinator will assist with tracking project timelines, organizing communications, coordinating meetings, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of projects and operational initiatives Coordinate project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up tasks Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and team members Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and deadlines Help identify project risks, blockers, or delays and escalate concerns as needed Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow coordination Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and on time Provide administrative and operational support to project leaders when needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field preferred 0–2 years of professional experience in coordination, administration, operations, customer service, or related roles Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and grow within project management ? Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment Work Environment Location: On-site Schedule: Full-time May require additional availability or flexibility for escalations. Regular meetings with your teams, departments, or leadership to ensure alignment. Key Essential Functions Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or move throughout the office for extended periods of time while coordinating projects and supporting team operations. Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally. Must be able to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday, including typing, reaching, bending, filing, and operating office equipment. Must be able to work onsite for all scheduled shifts and attend meetings across departments as needed. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders in both written and verbal formats. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to review, organize, and maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and trackers with a high degree of accuracy. Must be able to use standard office technology and software platforms, including email, spreadsheets, project management tools, and video conferencing systems. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities, project timelines, and operational needs.
