Summary Part-Time Contract | December–May Hours: Approximately 25–30 per week, onsite at our Overland Park office. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves juggling multiple projects, and delivers exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do Support client gifting programs from start to finish, including fulfillment and administrative tasks. Manage data: organize recipient info, track orders, prepare billing, and reconcile throughout the project lifecycle. Provide responsive support via email and phone for clients and vendors. Oversee inventory: perform quality checks and ensure accuracy in all fulfillment processes. Coordinate shipments through UPS, including batch shipments and packaging. Ensure thorough follow-through on all project needs. What You Bring Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, KS. Strong communication and computer skills (Excel and Word required; InDesign a plus). Exceptional attention to detail and time management. Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities. Customer-focused mindset with creative problem-solving skills. Self-starter who works well with diverse personalities and embraces technology and evolving trends.
