SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project coordination role, preferably within the

structural reinforcement and post-tensioning industry or similar construction sectors

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Competency in project management software and MS Office Suite
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, construction management, or related

disciplines are desirable

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to oversee the smooth planning
and delivery of our projects. This role will involve coordinating project activities, monitoring
progress, and ensuring outcomes meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You
will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to deliver projects
that reflect Goldenlight’s high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with

stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing delays or

risks proactively

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective

communication and workflow

  • Monitor budget expenditure and resource usage, preparing financial and progress

reports as required

  • Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and verifying supplier

performance

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and compliance reports
  • Ensure adherence to WHS and environmental management requirements throughout

all stages of the project

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process

efficiencies
