We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! This position will be remote. This position will require a highly organized and detailed person to support our project management team. Location: This role is Hybrid and can be in the following locations: Kalamazoo, MI or Pittsburgh, PA or St. Louis, MO. The expectation is to commute to the office 3 days per week. General Job Duties: * Plan, coordinate and direct activities on assigned project, such as timelines, milestones and resource allocation * Complete administrative functions associated with project creation and close out in project management system * Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes for project management related meetings * Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to client and internal stakeholders * General support of project management function Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed: * Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Business, Engineering or Project Management * Minimum of 3 years of applicable working experience * Acute attention to detail, grammar, presentation, and process * Excellent customer service attitude Preferred experience: * Experience with Dynamics 365 * Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) * Experience in industrial automation industry The target annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000-75,000, based upon relevant qualifications.
