EXCITING OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT COORDINATOR (18-MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Location: Central Support Office – Billericay
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term – 18 Months

We are currently seeking an organised, proactive, and motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Central Support Office. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of high-impact projects across our business, contributing to real, meaningful outcomes for our residents and team members alike.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head of PMO and project team in planning, tracking, and delivering key workstreams
  • Coordinating meetings, resources, documentation, and updates across multiple departments
  • Monitoring project progress, risks, and timelines and updating key stakeholders
  • Assisting in the development of project tools, templates, and reporting frameworks
  • Taking the lead on smaller projects or defined phases of larger programmes
  • Maintaining accurate records, meeting minutes, and project documents
