Summary Humanitary Medical Center (HMC) is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support organizational initiatives, operational improvements, and cross-departmental projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with leadership, clinical teams, and administrative departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with HMC's mission of providing exceptional patient care. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong communication and organizational skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate multiple organizational projects from planning through implementation. * Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership.. * Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation. * Maintain accurate records and organize project files. * Identify project risks and communicate potential issues to leadership. * Assist with vendor coordination and implementation activities when applicable. * Support compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. * Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of 2 years of project coordination, administrative, or healthcare operations experience. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
