PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are looking for a great communicator, organiser and all-round quality and detail fanatic to sit within our Project Delivery team.
You will work across multiple projects in partnership with our Project Managers, collaborating with different teams managing information and ensuring quality and consistency. You will see everything that happens, and with your forward planning skills and proactive mindset, you will play an important role in the success of those projects and be content to see your work benefiting so many people who are working hard to deliver these incredible projects around the world.
Our projects range from simple audio visual or lighting upgrades in a London apartment to a four-year 180m private superyacht new-build with AV, IT, Lighting and Shading. Coordinators are sometimes the unsung hero roles, but at Ideaworks we know they play a critical part in how we successfully deliver our multi-sector, multi-service projects. If you are the detail fanatic and great communicator that we need, and you thrive on being part of a successful projects team, then you will give us a call.
We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running and therefore must have some AV/IT experience or a technical background.
You will be process driven, detail focused, organised and able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines. As you will be working on projects across multiple sectors and with multiple services, a willingness to develop your knowledge and learn new skills is a must.
Although we have multiple offices, this appointment is based out of our beautiful Design Office in Faversham (although some travel to project locations would be required). If you have ever considered a life in the country, then this may be your chance.
