Description

RAM is a project delivery firm specializing in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering and Advisory services across Canada. RAM is searching for a motivated and experienced individual in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be an individual that enjoys a challenging, professional, and dynamic workplace and contributing to the success of a hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, track milestones, and assist in identifying and resolving risks and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in implementing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution and high-quality project delivery.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed professional engineer for local utility, transportation, and pipeline projects;
  • Eligible and actively pursuing a P.Eng designation with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
  • Familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project) is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
