Inno Foods Group is a Global Food Production Facility in the high-end luxury snack industry. We are looking for an entry-level Project Coordinator, who will demonstrate a strong understanding or passion for the food industry, along with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines and proactively address challenges.
Job Duties
· Create work orders and share them with the fabrication and engineering teams
· Follow up on timelines to ensure project milestones are met, and keep the Manager updated on the status of each project
· Ensure machines and parts meet company standards, quality requirements, and specifications
· Facilitate communication between the Engineering, Fabrication, and Purchasing departments
· Coordinate daily tasks for project team members and provide technical support to the fabrication team
· Assist with inventory control and support department/project budget management
· Verify that designs and drawings meet company standards, quality requirements, and specifications
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Post-secondary education in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction, Project Management, or a related field
· 2–3 years of experience (preferred) in the consulting, construction, or related industry
· Knowledge of building construction and/or demolition methods is an asset
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to travel throughout British Columbia
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
