Description Summary: As a Project Coordinator Intern, you’ll support dynamic projects in the lighting and gear industry. This role offers hands-on experience, collaboration with experts, and the chance to contribute to innovative solutions. This individual will work closely with our Lighting and Gear Specialists, Project Coordinators and Contractor Team to develop and deliver customer solutions with our products. This individual expresses behavior that supports our company culture (5 P’s) and our purpose to create lasting value to those we serve. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Electrical Distribution Orientation – Dive into the inner working of our organization, understanding how different departments collaborate and build relationships with key partners and vendors. Job shadowing- Get to job shadow various positions and departments with a focus on the Project Coordinator position. Lighting & Gear Team Orientation - Get to know our Lighting and Gear Teams, providing support and learning from industry experts. Field Experience - Travel with our Lighting and Gear Specialists to customer sites and projects, experiencing real-world applications. Design & Innovation – Contribute to the design process by interpreting customer needs and translating them into practical lighting and gear proposals. Task Execution – Perform assigned tasks as directed.
