Have you got experience of supporting partner organisations that deliver work and learning opportunities for unemployed young people and adults and are you keen to help East Sussex residents to thrive? If you do, then you may be the perfect fit for our Project Coordinator role in the Employment and Skills team at East Sussex County Council. As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and delivering externally funded ESTAR programmes, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines and governance standards. You will be responsible for overseeing delivery partners and contracts, monitoring performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance and securing value for money. The role also involves tracking risks, budgets and overall programme performance, and producing clear and timely reports for funders and stakeholders. In addition, you will build and maintain strong partnerships to address challenges and improve service delivery, while line-managing and supporting staff. Through this, you will contribute to continuous service improvement and help promote positive impact stories which demonstrate the success of the programmes. We are seeking to appoint three Project Coordinators on secondment.
