JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects by coordinating various aspects of project management. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and construction management principles.
  • Experience in construction estimating and blueprint reading is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with contracts and time management practices within the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams on-site.
  • Previous experience in a construction site environment is beneficial.
