Job Details Job Location: Fremont HQ - Fremont, CA 94538 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $24.00 - $28.00 Hourly Job Category: Customer Service Summary: Provides customer support to clients by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Coordinates process flow of work within or between internal departments to expedite production Tracks work through various locations and reports progress made on the lots to project coordinators and management Provides logistic support to production floor Acts as customer/site communication window Produce production reports Creates, and modifies travelers for operational use Communicates and expedites priority lots. Adjusts complaints concerning service rendered refers complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. Ensures that operational testing conforms to functional specifications, ISO standards and customer requirements.
