Experience Required: 1-3 years in technical support/project coordination roles
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Support and Project Coordinator to manage field engineers, coordinate support tickets via Zoho Desk, and ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills to maintain high team morale while ensuring client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage the deployment of engineers for on-site support and project installations.
Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams.
Address client concerns and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Follow up on service feedback and ensure resolution of escalations.
Monitor, assign, and follow up on support tickets.
Ensure SLAs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Command and coordinate a team of engineers with a firm yet approachable manner.
Conduct regular briefings, ensure adherence to standards, and motivate the team to perform their best.
Maintain logs of field activity, ticket resolution, and client interactions.
Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal review.
