Project coordinator (m/w/d)

Location: Mülheim an der Ruhr Employment type(s): Full-time Working hours: 35 hours per week

For our client in the industrial sector, we are looking for a project coordinator (m/f/d) at the Mülheim an der Ruhr location, with a start date of 14.7.2027.

This is how you, as a project coordinator (m/f/d), move projects forward:

• Maintenance and updating of project schedules
• Coordination of changes in resource and capacity management
• Coordination with project managers and specialist departments
• Evaluation of demand and capacity data
• Maintaining relevant project and resource information
• Creation of status overviews and evaluations
• Support with forecasts and planning processes
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information

This is what makes you stand out as a project coordinator (m/f/d):

• Completed commercial training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, (m/f/d)) or studies with a focus on business administration
• At least two years of professional experience in a project environment
• Knowledge of Lean or Agile project management
• Excellent MS Project and Excel skills
• Fluent German and English skills (GER C1)
• Strong communication skills and a structured work style
