Job Title: Project Coordinator

Salary: SGD 2800 - 3500
Location: Central, Singapore

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the Project Management Team in project implementation
• Develop work schedules and coordinate with clients, consultants, mall management, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and coordinate site progress while ensuring workplace safety compliance
• Manage maintenance works and promptly address ad-hoc repairs
• Handle project administration and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or a related field.
• Able to commit to working nights and weekends as needed
