We’re a fast-growing luxury custom home builder and commercial contractor looking for a detail-oriented and creative Project Coordinator / Junior Designer to help us bring client visions to life. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of organization and design.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating day-to-day project details, schedules, and communications
  • Supporting our Project Managers with budgets, change orders, and documentation
  • Preparing design packages, selections, and material boards for client approval
  • Liaising with suppliers, trades, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Creating sketches, layouts, and presentations to bring design concepts to life
  • Keeping projects on track while delivering a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in construction coordination, residential design, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance creativity with deadlines
  • Working knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a bonus
  • A positive, proactive team player with strong communication skills
  • Someone excited to grow with us as we scale from $6M → $12M+
