Position Overview
This is a full-time, Salary role supporting the Operations Manager / Project Manager.
You will handle scheduling, procurement, documentation, and client communication — the critical “glue” work that keeps projects moving.
This is not a passive desk job.

The role is designed as a growth track to a full Project Manager position.

  • Process and track change orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide direct support to field staff, ensuring they have materials, tools, and information needed.
  • Pick up and deliver materials when required.
  • Apply hands-on construction skills to complete punchlist tasks if needed to push a project to completion.
  • Anticipate issues, resolve problems quickly, and keep the project team aligned.

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
