Responsibilities

Contract Management of new Industrial Door & loading Bay installations including;

  • Opening contract files in our CRM system and customers portals
  • Occasionally Surveying door openings at customers’ premises
  • Reading, understanding and Preparing drawings (PDF & CAD) for our customers
  • Raising Purchase orders for Doors, components and Plant hire
  • Arranging installation visits with customers
  • Arranging Deliveries of all materials and parts to the customer to enable installation including importing of products
  • Preparation of RAMs
  • Preparation of O&Ms
  • Attending customer’s premises to oversee installations if required
  • Invoicing all projects upon completion and sending out to customers where necessary
  • Updating Directors on projected completion dates for Contracts on a monthly basis
  • Keeping all contracts updated in CRM and giving customers update at key stages
