We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, and focused on accuracy. You will coordinate schedules, track orders, communicate with clients and vendors, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is an in-person position in Brooklyn, NY (not remote). Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Scheduling Manage active project schedules, timelines, and next steps Coordinate installers, subcontractors, deliveries, and service visits Track progress and ensure projects stay organized and moving forward Maintain organized project files and documentation Ordering + Detail Accuracy (Critical) Input and track cabinet/hardware/accessory orders accurately Confirm specs, finishes, quantities, delivery dates, and lead times Identify issues early and resolve them before they become expensive problems Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm availability and timelines Client Communication Serve as a primary point of contact during active projects Provide clear, professional updates to clients Manage questions, concerns, and scheduling in a calm and solutions-focused way Support a high-end client experience from start through completion Operations Support Track punch-list items and ensure completion Keep internal notes clear so the team stays aligned Support office workflow and daily project execution Qualifications Required: 2+ years experience in project coordination, operations, office management, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Extremely organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong computer skills (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office) Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience in construction, kitchens/cabinetry, renovation, or trades Familiarity with CRMs, ordering systems, vendor coordination, or job tracking tools What Success Looks Like Orders are correct the first time Projects stay organized and on schedule Clients feel informed and taken care of Problems are caught early, not after they become costly How to Apply Submit your resume and answer the application questions.
