Job Description Job Purpose This role supports the Energy division by providing administrative coordination throughout the full project lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for organizing documentation, supporting procurement, tracking compliance, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. What You’ll Do You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Attend project meetings and document action items Review customer contracts and confirm scope, milestones, and deliverables Apply for permits and support preconstruction tasks Set up projects in internal systems (Procore, Viewpoint) Create job books and organize drawing packages Coordinate procurement and material delivery schedules Track vendor invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements Communicate with authorities and schedule inspections as needed Create and maintain punch lists, change orders, and closeout packages Support project reporting, job cost reviews, and compliance documentation Qualifications You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring: 2+ years of experience in construction administration or coordination Familiarity with permitting, procurement, and subcontractor communication Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and Viewpoint preferred Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Additional Information We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
