SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team at Komplete Modular Solutions Ltd. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of modular construction projects across various sites in Canada. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in managing project timelines, resources, and communication to uphold our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

EDUCATION

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

EXPERIENCE

• 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination, preferably in modular or prefabricated environments.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent timelines.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar), PDF software (Acrobat, Bluebeam, etc), construction and accounting softwares.
• Drafting and CAD software proficiency would be an asset.
• Knowledge of modular construction codes (CSA A277, Z240), provincial building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced project environments.
