We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Project Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, and work closely with NPD, QA/QC, RA, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. The result is increased customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Support the Account Manager in maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction,
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing pharmaceutical contract manufacturing projects from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met,
  • Order Processing & Documentation: Oversee order management, prepare quotations, contracts, ensure accurate documentation for compliance with TGA and GMP regulations,
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production teams to align on project requirements and resolve issues,
  • Regulatory Compliance Support: Ensure that all projects adhere to TGA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements,
  • Market Research & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support business growth initiatives,
  • Administrative Support: Maintain client databases, prepare reports, and support senior account managers in daily operations.
