  • Knowledge of NIH or federal government operations

Responsibilities include supporting agenda development, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, tracking action items through completion, identifying and tracking risks, facilitating program meetings, assisting with development of program materials, managing shared document repositories, supporting government financial tracking and reporting, and providing support to integrate cross-functional work across NHLBI and NIH Work Groups. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with organizational security and privacy policies, protecting sensitive data and systems, reporting security incidents, and participating in required cybersecurity training. The role may also involve implementing best practices related to access control, data handling, and risk mitigation within the scope of assigned duties.
