JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end coordination of a lift upgrading project. The role involves liaising with contractors, monitoring progress, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or facilities management, preferably in lift or M&E projects.
  • Good knowledge of lift systems, project management practices, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and conduct regular site visits.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities related to the lift upgrading works.
  • Act as the main point of contact between contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones, progress, and deliverables to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications and safety requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and resolve issues or delays, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Ensure all necessary permits, risk assessments, and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
  • Support procurement processes and verify work completion for payments and claims.
