Project Coordinator | Lock Block Ltd. – Richmond, BC
Do you have a solid background in engineering or technical fabrication, strong skills in CAD and technical drawings, and enjoy bridging the gap between planning and production? Are you the kind of person who thrives in a role that blends hands-on site work with coordinated office responsibilities?
At Lock Block Ltd., we’re looking for a Project Coordinator who brings technical know-how, team coordination skills, and a “let’s get it done” attitude to help keep our precast and aggregates recycling projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate when needed to support project goals and ensure quality outcomes
Support in R&D work for new product development and process improvement
Create or update designs and drawings as required using AutoCAD
Coordinate with both office and yard teams to accomplish day-to-day and long-term tasks
Act as a bridge between design, production, and site operations
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project timelines
Maintain communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
What You Bring:

AMPLE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN FABRICATION OR INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION

Strong understanding of CAD software and technical design interpretation
Experience managing or working closely with field and shop teams
Familiarity with WorkSafeBC regulations and safety practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in both field and office environments
A team-first, solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership instincts
Wage: $25 – $28 per hour, depending on experience.
Starting wage will be based on qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
