REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 years of M&E coordination experience.
Familiar with local authorities’ requirements (e.g., BCA, PUB, NEA, SCDF).
Good communication and project coordination skills.

Coordinate M&E works with consultants, main contractor, and subcontractors.
Review M&E drawings, specifications, and schedules. Monitor installation works on site.
Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
Resolve technical issues and conduct site inspections.
