What you will do in the role: * Support customer quote requests for smaller fixture orders and samples. * Assist customers through the planning, design, and ordering process.  * Assist project managers with processing, coordinating design, scheduling, manufacturing and delivery of fixture additions on existing jobs * Liaison between our project management and manufacturing teams to make sure expedited orders meet customer required delivery. * Other duties as required. * Able to lift up to 15lbs; may work in hot areas 5%, noise 0%. * Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area. What you bring to the role: * A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred * Some experience in a manufacturing environment an asset * Proactive and willing to initiate action, solution oriented * Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment providing outstanding customer service  * Technical and mechanical aptitude  * Ability to read and explain drawings * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Positive attitude and high stress tolerance * Ability to focus and concentrate in an engaging environment * Self-motivated and effective at working with minimal supervision  * Strong organization and time management skills * High detail-orientation This position works out of our Mississauga, Ontario location.
