PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Serve as the key support to project managers, customers, production and technical team; assisting projects managers in supporting customer’s requests and inquiries throughout the lifecycle of the project in order to leave customers satisfied.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with ability to understand and explain the inner workings to varied clientele; proven customer service skills; capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations, coupled with high energy to work in a high-volume environment; requiring coordination with other departments, and also strong attention to detail while improving production rate.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
