JOB TITLE Project Coordinator | MAF LifeStyle | Real Estate & Projects Delivery ROLE SUMMARY The Project Coordinator will support the project team in administrative and project delivery tasks including document control, tracking, contract and legal coordination, and financial forecasting. The role involves managing administrative activities across the project portfolio and ensuring key deliverables are met within set deadlines, working closely with the team on major initiatives. ROLE PROFILE Review all the project phases are documented, and the supporting documents are archived. Maintain projects portfolio tracker is always updated. Track tender exercises under the Project Manager’s guidance and ensure deadlines are met. Ensure that the financial tracking forecast is always updated. Track placement of orders for consultants and contractors as per the directions set by the Project Manager. Coordinate with Internal and External Consultants, Suppliers and Contractor to ensure that deadlines are met. Timely responses to queries (verbal or written) as per the Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle SLA. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Administration is preferred, ideally in a "built environment" subject and a relevant professional qualification AX and MS office certification 3-5 years of experience with Project administration experience. Sap system experince is a pluse
