JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator, ManOps Engineering to join an autonomous mobility company’s maintenance operations team. In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables for maintenance, inspection, and documentation programs. You’ll ensure seamless communication across engineering, operations, and procurement teams while maintaining meticulous documentation and tracking project progress from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience creating and managing project budgets, schedules, and risk plans
  • Proficiency in project management tools/methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Smartsheet)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Understanding of project interdependencies and stakeholder impacts
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to environmental, health, and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • 2+ years of experience in the transportation or automotive industry
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Smartsheet, SAP, MS Office, Google Suite, Lucidchart, and Slack
  • Passion for self-driving technology and innovation
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet business goals and timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to execute deliverables and resolve issues
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, action items, and JIRA tickets
  • Prepare and facilitate project reviews at all stages
  • Serve as the primary contact for projects involving special tools, maintenance, inspection, and documentation
  • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation, and generate reports on status, metrics, and risks
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and assist in their implementation
