Responsibilities

We are looking for several conscientious, well organised individuals to join as Project Coordinators. Working closely with our Research, Insight & Consulting practice while reporting to Project Managers in Client Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Checking data and scripts for errors and testing survey links;
  • Contributing to the programming of online studies and delivery of data outputs;
  • Coordinating commissioned projects and assisting the fulfilment of project requirements while communicating progress to project leads and clients;
  • Supporting colleagues in our Research, Insight & Consulting and Commercial teams by performing incidence checks and being mindful of project budgets;
  • Informing on project costs and timings and reconciling projects accordingly.

You’ll become an active part of the team responsible for ensuring the smooth running of research projects from start to finish. These are hands-on roles designed to give you the practical experience to build your confidence and enable you to produce high quality work while developing your career at pace.
The role is predominantly focused on online quantitative data collection and fieldwork, although knowledge of other methodologies is beneficial.
