Description Description Marsh Kitchen & Bath is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Charlotte showroom. Marsh Kitchen & Bath is an industry leader in kitchen and bath design, operating showrooms in the Triad and Charlotte areas of North Carolina. As a member of our team, you will be providing sales, design, and administrative support to our design teams. Duties / Responsibilities: Provide sales, design, and administrative support to designers and other coordinators. Provide exceptional customer service to builder clients, homeowners, and internal peers. Assist walk-in customers with browsing the showroom, answering questions, and gathering details needed for follow-up actions. Learn and execute the Marsh X process to ensure accurate and precise quotes and proposals. Provide daily support using 20-20 Design software; prepare layouts and perspectives. Place orders for all materials needed for jobs, including cabinets, hardware, glass, accessories, and countertops. Organize and upkeep scheduling for assigned designer(s); schedule deliveries and installations within the Marsh X system. Document customer orders, changes, and notes in the Marsh X system. Serve as a liaison between the customer and the salesperson. This includes calling customers to verify deliveries, handling incoming calls, and scheduling deliveries. All other duties assigned by the supervisor or requested by the sales and design team. Requirements Requirements To ensure success as a Project Coordinator, you should have: Five years of customer service experience and/or in a design-related field. Experience in retail, kitchen and bath remodeling, or construction/builder environment a plus. High School diploma; 20-20 Design experience and/or interior design degree a plus. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem resolution skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Cheerful, customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to learn and follow processes, policies, and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
