Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Project Managers with planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
  • Managing project-related paperwork, ensuring all documentation is maintained and updated.
  • Utilising project tools and software to track and report progress.
  • Coordinating meetings and distributing project-related reports and documentation.
  • Supporting and fostering a collaborative team environment.
