JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring a Project Coordinator – Mechanical to support mechanical fabrication and installation projects with a focus on post order coordination and drawing works. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience, a good grasp of technical drawings, and excellent coordination skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, and we are looking for immediate joiners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in mechanical project coordination or fabrication.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and fabrication processes.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.

• Handle post order coordination activities between engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Manage and track shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with design and drafting teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate drawings.
• Assist project engineers with documentation, RFI logs, and project schedules.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure all updates are captured in project records.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments for drawing approvals and revisions.
• Support the site team by providing technical drawings and documentation.
