About Us:
We are a mechanical contracting company specializing in plumbing and mechanical systems for commercial and residential projects. We are looking for a motivated_ Project Coordinator to join our team and grow with us. _
Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to our Project Managers while also assisting with pricing, bidding, and coordination for plumbing and mechanical projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in construction project management. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in the coordination of multiple construction projects.
  • Assist with preparing and issuing RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for bidding opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing quotes and pricing packages for plumbing jobs.
  • Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site staff to gather and relay information.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Help maintain organized project documentation and job files.
  • Other tasks where required.

Qualifications:

  • Education or training in construction, mechanical systems, or project management considered an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction/project management software is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
