Position Overview Our project coordinators work on every phase of building design projects including programming, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. Responsibilities Programming, Schematic Design, and Design Development Construction Documents Construction Administration Finishes Selection 3D Renderings Conference calls and meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and general contractors Firm representation at networking events Requirements Skills and Abilities: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Proficient in Adobe Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3d rendering/visualization software Experience with AI (ex. CoPilot, Chat GPT, etc), Teams, and Planner a plus Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to multitask and balance multiple projects Work Experience 2-3 years of relevant work experience Formal Education Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field Experience using Revit required This information is to be treated as an overview of the position and not all encompassing of the role.
