Description About the Role We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Mitigation Team and assist the Production Manager in managing day-to-day operations. This role is critical to keeping jobs moving smoothly, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring excellent communication with clients, vendors, and third-party administrators (TPAs). This is an office-based position and a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities Assist the Mitigation Production Manager with daily job coordination Dispatch and schedule Project Managers and technicians Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately Enter new leads and update job information in Salesforce CRM Coordinate with TPAs to ensure SLA compliance and timely updates Update reports, job notes, and status tracking Support overall job management from start to completion Work closely with other coordinators as part of a team environment Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with software systems and data entry Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to go above and beyond when needed Requirements Preferred (Not Required) Experience in mitigation, restoration, or emergency services Familiarity with insurance claims and TPAs Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Understanding of mitigation workflows and terminology Experience with Symbility and Xactimate What We’re Really Looking For We value attitude and reliability just as much as experience.
