POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Field Project Coordinator who can take ownership of project execution in the field. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
• Prior experience in project coordination or commercial furniture installation preferred
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Create and coordinate installation plans for commercial furniture projects
• Provide on-site direction to installation crews and ensure project plans are executed on time and to spec
• Perform light furniture assembly and final mile staging as needed
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Support Account Managers with project documentation and jobsite coordination
