ecomaine is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help develop and deliver a new recycling initiative for multi-family and multi-unit properties. This role works directly with property management staff and teams to plan and deploy recycling programs, ensuring residents have the resources, education, and infrastructure needed to recycle successfully. The Project Coordinator manages many moving pieces, coordinating logistics, tracking timelines, and maintaining accurate records, while taking initiative in managing relationships and program activities at assigned properties. Strong administrative skills are essential, and familiarity with project management tools or practices is a plus. This is a full-time, grant-funded position, funded through July 2027 by a 3-year U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant, and is an important part of ecomaine’s commitment to sustainable waste management.
