We are looking for an energetic and curious Project Coordinator to help us manage existing projects through completion as well as build and refine our project management processes along the way.
Job Description:We are searching for a high-energy Project Coordinator who is motivated and excited by providing excellent service to clients, finds satisfaction in problem solving, and continuously looks for ways to improve existing processes. The ideal candidate will have an interest in learning production and construction project management principles, exhibit excellent organizational skills, and is able to manage multiple projects/initiatives at once. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP Software and Microsoft Excel (Excel Test will be required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management. Signage experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and standard practices.
  • Ability to communicate, visualize, and report project status and completion updates using tools that include but are not limited to: Gantt charts, status tracking reports, risk reporting, etc.
  • High energy and a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A sense of ownership and attention to detail with commitment to producing high-quality work .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues, always bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Be a self-starter, with the ability to work both in a team-oriented environment and independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Scope inbound projects and assist in the quoting/estimation of large-scale projects, and any change orders to original plans thereafter.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as they arise.
  • Work with the Senior Project Manager to develop and implement project management processes, including implementation of software, to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams, including engineering, fabrication, and installation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Implement continuous improvement plans for project management processes.
  • Maintain documentation for all project-level decisions and changes to the original plan.
