• GCC Interiors is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of interior fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring smooth communication and delivery across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interior fit-out and joinery projects from initiation through handover.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams on schedules, deliverables, and open items.
  • Track and manage procurement follow-ups, material submittals, and RFIs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Support project managers in monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Flag risks and delays early, and help drive resolution across teams
