Nedlaw Roofing Limited is looking for a Flat Roofing Project Co-Ordinator to join our team!

Reporting to the Project Manager the candidate will support the needs of the planning, organizing and coordinating construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and in budget.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies/issues
• Provide weekly updates on job/quote/roofcheck progress to General Manager
• Attend site meeting when needed - pickup/delivery of products to sites
• Supporting project manager from start to finish
• Preparation of documents for submission to City/Region/GC
• Prepare work plans and make revisions when needs arise
• Perform a key role in project planning and implementing process
• Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project
• Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants.
• Liaises with contractors/vendors to obtain estimations, pricing, product specifications, warranties, and other correspondence
• Updates trade lists
• Tracks overall project schedule and assists in ensuring projects are completed on time
• Ensure project documents are complete.
