Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong foundation in civil engineering to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction or a similar role within the construction/civil engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods,a nd materials.
  • Excellent in organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Support risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project records, including reports, change orders, and contracts.
  • Assist in resolving on-site issues and coordinating solutions with the project team.
