PROJECT PLANNING AND EXECUTION:

• Collaborate with Management, Operations Managers and site Supervisors, to create project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist in procurement and logistics planning for materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Assist Project Manager in managing project progress, site workers, include truck drivers, wheel loader/excavator operators and general workers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related degrees are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management
• Must possess Class 3 drivers license as candidate needs to manage various job sites independently. (Or have own vehicle)
• Willing to be hands-on and lead workers from the front.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer software, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be highly adaptable to working at various jobsites, including exposure to outdoor working environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• In the event projects are operational on non-working days/hours, candidate will need to actively manage the work at site if needed.
